I think tonight I am going to make "menstrual" bacon mushroom quiche. For those of you 'ginas out there, imagine feeding your hungry uterus a eggy, bacony, salty, cheesy quiche. You know what I'm talking about.
1/2 cup mushrooms (I think I'm going to use shiitakes)
2 cups light cream
1/2 cup bacon
2 cups grated cheddar
