Oh. My. God.

Are you guys aware that it is possible to make a savory cheesecake with blue cheese! I think I might drown in slobber within the next 10 minutes or so. This concept has ROCKETED to the top of my queue.

I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade here, but the sad truth is that blue cheese is super-gross. Ick! It tastes too much like moss.

On the positive side, it's good to have new savory projects on the table.

If my dinner guests for tomorrow night didn't both specifically dislike cheesecake, I would be cooking one of these up RIGHT NOW.

Yeah I would never want hate on anybody's opinion. It's just that blue cheese is my personal bete noire, cuz Tari's sister used to sizzle it up in a skillet before she applied it to her salad, and it would fill the whole house with blue cheese smell. Blerg!
