Just trying to get my thoughts organized for the upcoming festive vegetarian no pepper challenge. Right now I'm thinking I'm going to make:
--tempura green beans
--inari
--cucumber, avocado, and shiitake makizushi
--Tres Leches cake (I know this isn't on theme but I really want to make it)
I'll need EW and NWY to bring sake.
I feel like this menu is too light, and needs some udon or something to give it substance.
